In our opinion, this is just about the loveliest skirt you could have! It has three ruffled tiers of white eyelet cotton embroidered with flowers, and the waistband is our custom brocade ribbon. Fully lined, with velcro back closure. Handmade by our artisan partners in Cambodia.
The three tiers of ruffled eyelet cotton give it such a sweet twirl, and the flower embroidery looks even prettier in person. My daughter wore it to a birthday party and refused to take it off afterward.
I was a little worried the brocade waistband would dig in, but it sits perfectly and makes the skirt feel extra special. The white eyelet cotton is so crisp and pretty, and those embroidered flowers catch the light every time I twirl.
The three ruffled tiers of eyelet cotton are so well made, no loose threads anywhere, and the embroidered flowers are subtle enough that it doesn't feel too sweet. The brocade ribbon waistband sits flat instead of digging in, which I didn't expect from a dress-up skirt.
