In our opinion, this is just about the loveliest skirt you could have! It has three ruffled tiers of white eyelet cotton embroidered with flowers, and the waistband is our custom brocade ribbon. Fully lined, with velcro back closure. Handmade by our artisan partners in Cambodia.
I bought this for my daughter's doll and the three tiers of ruffled eyelet cotton are even prettier in person, with tiny embroidered flowers you only notice up close. It fits her 18-inch doll perfectly and she's been changing outfits three times a day just to wear it.
The brocade ribbon waistband adds such a polished finish, and the embroidered flowers on each tier are delicate and charming. My doll looks ready for a spring tea party.
The brocade ribbon waistband is what sold me, it's sturdier than the plain elastic ones on most doll skirts. My daughter's been dressing her doll in it almost daily and the ruffles still hold their shape after a few weeks.
